Newly opened in May 2018, the name V&V scratch kitchen pays homage to our beautiful children Vincent & Vivien. Family is the most important thing to us, and you will feel that all around you in our restaurant. We love our staff and take great care of them, we are constantly cleaning and keeping our space tidy, we respect the job we are doing feeding our community and their families. We use only the finest quality ingredients, never take short cuts in preparation and take great care to ensure that you have a wonderful dining experience.
Our "fast casual" concept challenges the comfort of some the first time! That's okay, we'll help you navigate. We use chalkboards to display our core menu. It changes every season. We have special boards that feature exciting sandwich and dinner entrees where Chef has the freedom to create whatever suits his artistic mind that day! You won't be disappointed...the steaks are all hand cut from primal pieces, the seafood comes in fresh EVERY day, the pastas are handmade, burgers ground in house, ect.
This is truly a from "scratch" kitchen. We spend our early mornings smoking the meats for our sandwiches, we brine cucumbers into house pickles, we slice potatoes into our house made chips (which accompany all of our sandwiches!). We hand make fresh pierogis, potato pancakes, salad dressings, all our sauces, fresh pita, pizza dough...if we can make it ourselves, we do!
Our restaurant is available for private events: weddings, business lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and more. We offer Full Service Catering both on and off premise. We would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event.
We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source our ingredients from local farmers and foragers as much as possible. We are sustainably minded, organic based and we utilize only the finest quality and freshest ingredients available.
